How we handle your photos and details

What we collect

Your name, your email address, the answers you give in the short questionnaire, and the photos you upload (front, side, and optionally the back of your head).

Why

Solely to prepare a personal hair styling consultation for you and to send it to you by email. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

AI assistance and human review

We may use AI-assisted tools to help analyse photos and draft text. A professional stylist reviews and approves every recommendation before it is sent. Nothing is sent to you automatically.

Storage and retention

Photos are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket, encrypted in transit and at rest, and are only ever opened through short-lived signed links by your stylist. Photos are deleted automatically 60 days after your recommendation is sent. The written consultation itself is kept so we can refer back to it if you have questions.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your photos and details at any time by replying to any email we send you. We will confirm once it is done.

Not a guarantee

A consultation is a professional recommendation based on photographs. Please discuss it with your stylist in person before making changes; it is guidance, not a guarantee of a specific result.
